A Rock County Judge deviates from the terms of a plea agreement in sentencing a 37-year-old Janesville man arrested for possession of child pornography while he was out on bond for a previous child porn arrest.Gay porno In court Tuesday David Szelogowski pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography. Four additional counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Szelogowski’s attorney Walter Piel and Assistant District Attorney Bryce Becker had jointly recommended that Szelogowski serve four years in prison and four years of extended supervision. Judge Jeffrey Kuglitsch sentenced Szelogowski to five years in prison and five years of extended supervision. He must also register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
